At RupoBabyMilk, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy to ensure your satisfaction.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Unopened Products: Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the product.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Non-returnable Items: Products that are opened or used are not eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons. This includes baby milk products that have been opened or tampered with.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Shipping: Once you receive your RMA, securely package the item, including the original packaging if possible. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refund Time Frame: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened baby milk products
- Used or opened products for hygiene and safety reasons
- Sale or clearance items
8. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned products are securely packaged and sent back to us within the stipulated time frame. Products damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
